We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking
If a tracking [number of the product] is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class UPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates if Applicable
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “instock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.
Back Orders: If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Return Policy
How To Return An Item
If you wish to return an item, please inform within 7 days in either of the following ways-

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Merchandise that has been worn, washed, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange or can be cause of refund hold.
Please note damage does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product. Bleeding and rubbing of vegetable dyes (especially the Indigo dye) is not a defect. Similarly, minor stitching issues in Quilts may occur even after rigorous quality checks. This may happen during the quilts undergoing packing process & will not be considered as a defect.
Please note that minor variations in color (up to 10%) may be seen due to different monitors and will not be treated as not as per description.
Return Charges
1. All returns requested for other than any quality defect like not being as per your taste/likes will levy a return shipping charge of Rs 139/- (inclusive GST) per product ( weight upto 1.5 KG).
2. In case of quilts & comforters the Return Shipping Charges will be Rs 210/- (inclusive GST) for every single bed quilt & 230/- (inclusive GST) for every double bed quilt (w.e.f. 01-Oct-2019)
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Exchanges
If your item is in like-new condition, you may exchange it for a different one. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Sending the product back
Once we receive your exchange request, we will organize a Reverse Pickup. When the product is received and approved by our quality team, we will issue a refund equal to the amount of your purchase only. Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable. This process can take anything between 7 to 14 days.
In case, our courier partner does not provide Reverse Pickup from your location, you will need to ship it back to us. Kindly send the product back to us within 7 days of receiving it.
NO RETURN ON SALE ITEMS –
Products purchased by you during our sale will not be liable to any return / refund.
NO RETURN ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS-
Products purchased from outside India will not be liable for any return/refund.
